"What did god do before he created the universe?"

The universe has a beginning point.
We know this
because the sky does not shine
like stars. Light
travels and if it has been traveling
____ forever?
even the most distant stars
would emerge in the night sky.
(But there would be no
night sky.) Our world is split
because time projects
from a single point.
You could disprove this idea
if we could be here
enough
to prove forever.
